Michelle Eastman

Michelle Eastman was born in Queens, NY to parents who came to America to build a better life for their children. Her mother was a native Italian and her Spanish father, of Basque descent, emigrated from Colombia. The early days of Michelle's life were spent in the Dallas area where she was raised and attended the Hawaii Pacific University, The University of Texas at Dallas, and then nursing school. Michelle practiced as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baylor University Medical Center.

Looking for a lifestyle that would allow her to enjoy the outdoors, Michelle moved to the Park City area in 1999.

In 2007, Michelle was invited by Prudential Utah Real Estate to join their firm to assist in marketing and selling development projects in Park City such as The Waldorf Astoria Dakota Mountain Lodge, The Lodge at Westgate, and Enclave at Sun Canyon.

In 2009 Michelle joined Summit Sotheby's International Realty with her business partner Brigid Flint, and the Flint & Eastman Team has continued to maintain a place in the top tier of the firm and within the broader Park City Board of Realtors. Her team focuses on the sale of Luxury real estate and has represented clients in record-setting sales in Old Town Park City, The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Quarry Mountain Ranch, Iron Canyon, and Victory Ranch Club. Notably, Michelle & Brigid represented the Buyers of the Victory Ranch Club development, an over 6,700-acre luxury community in May of 2012, one of the largest real estate transactions in the marketplace. Most recently, she has closed one of the largest real estate sales in Deer Valley, Park City in 2017 and record setting sales in 2021 in The Colony at White Pine Canyon. Continuing her development sales experience Michelle continues to be the listing agent for a luxury outdoor community on over 1,100 acres, High Star Ranch, in the beautiful Kamas Valley.

Michelle has become an avid fly fisherman with her husband Matthew Eastman who was formerly the host of Emmy award winning "Wanna Go Fishing?" previously on ESPN2 and currently The Outdoor Channel, and the Director of Outfitters Tributary Idaho. Michelle also enjoys skiing, hiking, practicing yoga, and mountain biking with her husband and three daughters. She is also very involved in the community through the various charitable organizations that she enjoys volunteering for, and is the President of the Philanthropic Board of the Park City Board of Realtors 2020 & 2021.

Michelle Eastman's experience in taking care of and having a genuine concern for others as a RN has translated into Michelle becoming an exceptional REALTOR. Just like an exceptional nurse, she believes that being available and communicating effectively will establish trust with her clients. When you combine that with Michelle's strong negotiation skills you will find yourself perfectly positioned for a fabulous real estate experience. As part of the Summit Sotheby's team, Michelle's knowledge of the Park City and Deer Valley real estate market is exemplary and she is sure to provide the service that accompanies the Sotheby's name.
